Section 71-5-181 - Tennessee Medicaid False Claims Act - Short title

(a) The title of this section and §§ 71-5-182 - 71-5-185 is and may be cited as the 'Tennessee Medicaid False Claims Act.'(b) 'Medicaid program' as used in §§ 71-5-182 - 71-5-185 includes the TennCare program and any successor program to the medicaid program.Acts 1993, ch. 364, § 1.
