Assistance under this part shall be granted to any needy person, household or low-income family that meets the requirements set forth in federal statutes and such standards of need as may be established by the department or required by any subsequently enacted federal statute on the same subject.Acts 1971, ch. 136, § 5; T.C.A., §§ 14-2205, 14-27-105.
