The commissioner is directed to identify, apply for and negotiate for federal waiver authority for matching funds to support the provision of coverage under this part, which may include innovative approaches and solutions, which may include, but are not limited to, support for health insurance subsidies.Acts 2006, ch. 961, § 3.
