Section 8-10-116 - Penalty for improper conduct of sales

It is a Class C misdemeanor, for which, on conviction, a constable may be removed from office and otherwise punished, for a constable to make any official sale at unlawful hours, or to purchase at the constable's own sales.Code 1858, § 393 (deriv.
