Section 8-12-103 - Term of office - Location of records

(a) The county surveyor shall hold that office for the term of four (4) years, and until a successor is elected and qualified.(b) The county surveyor shall keep the records of the surveyor's office at the county seat.Code 1858, § 435 (deriv.
