Section 8-12-117 - Delivery after death of surveyor

In case of the death of such surveyor, the personal representative, or other person having the possession of the books and papers of the surveyor's office, shall deliver them over to the surveyor for the time being, and, on failure or refusal, shall be liable as provided in § 8-12-116.Code 1858, § 443 (deriv.
