Section 8-13-119 - Qualifications for office

To qualify for the office of register, a person must be a qualified voter of the county and a resident of the county for one (1) year prior to the date of the qualifying deadline for running as a candidate for register.Added by 2022 Tenn. Acts, ch. 809,s 4, eff. 9/1/2022.
