Section 8-14-301 - Office of executive director - Creation - Purpose

There is created the office of executive director of the district public defenders conference. The purpose of this office shall be to assist in improving the administration of justice in Tennessee by coordinating the defense efforts of the various district public defenders and by performing the duties and exercising the powers herein conferred.Acts 1989, ch. 588, § 17; 1996, ch. 610, § 3.
