An online notary public or the online notary public's employer may charge a fee in an amount not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) each for performing an online notarization in addition to any other fees authorized under this chapter.Added by 2018 Tenn. Acts, ch. 931,s 2, eff. 7/1/2019.
