The approval of all official bonds shall be in writing, endorsed on the bond, and shall show the day and year on which they were approved, and be signed by the approving officer, or authenticated as the act of the court, as the case may be.Code 1858, § 762; Shan., § 1083; Code 1932, § 1824; T.C.A.
