Section 8-19-304 - Bonds not discharged by single recovery

Official bonds are not discharged by a single recovery, but proceedings may, from time to time, be instituted thereon by any person aggrieved, without assignment, until the whole penalty is exhausted.Code 1858, § 772; Shan., § 1093; Code 1932, § 1834; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 8-1923.
