Section 8-19-305 - Amount of liability of sureties

Sureties on the bonds of public officials shall be liable for the principal sum in default and covered by the bond and for interest thereon, at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum for the period of delinquency, and not otherwise.Acts 1913, ch. 31, § 1; Shan., § 1093a1; mod.
