Section 8-19-412 - New bond by consent of principal

When an officer consents in any case, upon public or private application of any of such officer's sureties, to give a new bond, it may be taken without further proceedings, with the same effect as if executed upon order.Code 1858, § 788; Shan., § 1109; Code 1932, § 1851; T.C.A.
