Section 8-19-414 - Exoneration of previous sureties

On the execution, approval and filing of such additional bond, the applicant sureties are exonerated from all liability on the bond upon which the application was made, for any breach thereof accruing subsequent to the approval of such additional bond.Code 1858, § 790; Shan., § 1111; Code 1932, § 1853; T.C.A.
