Section 8-19-502 - Demands on bonding companies - Prior approval of comptroller required

No agency of the state nor any officer or employee of the state shall make demand on any bonding company guaranteeing the faithful performance of duty of any individual, or guaranteeing the safeguarding of state moneys or property, without the prior approval of the comptroller of the treasury.Acts 1963, ch. 88, § 2; T.C.A., § 8-1955.
