Section 8-2-101 - Office created - Succession to governorship

There is hereby created the state office of lieutenant governor. The person holding the office of lieutenant governor shall be next in succession to the office of governor.Acts 1951, ch. 49, § 1 (Williams, § 187.2); T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 8-201.
