Section 8-21-106 - Fees not included - Conflicts

(a) This chapter listing fees of clerks and other officials is not to be construed to be inclusive of all fees. In cases of conflicts or apparent conflicts, the fees shall be those named in other sections dealing with the particular subject matters.(b) Fees established for transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code, compiled in title 47, chapters 1-9, shall be exclusively those fees established therein.Code 1932, § 10724; modified; T.C.A.
