Such clerks shall not be entitled to any fees for imperfect or incorrect transcripts made out and transmitted to a superior court, but such fees shall, on motion, be stricken out of the bill of costs, and such clerk, moreover, charged with costs of the certiorari awarded to bring up a more perfect record.Code 1858, § 4557; Shan., § 6395; Code 1932, § 10699; T.C.A.
