Section 8-21-702 - Settlement of minor's estate

Whenever the distributive share of any minor does not exceed two hundred dollars ($200), the county clerk shall not be entitled to more than one dollar ($1.00) for any one (1) settlement the clerk may make with the guardian of such minor.Code 1858, § 4563 (deriv.
