The county clerks shall not be entitled to any fees for certificates and seals in the application for pension and pensioners' money, or upon powers of attorney for that purpose, and judges of the court of general sessions shall not be entitled to fees in such cases, and the taking or receiving of fees in any such cases, by either of such officers, shall be a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1859-1860, ch. 87; Shan., § 6400a1; Code 1932, § 10705; impl. am.
