Section 8-21-903 - Judgments paid after execution issued

The plaintiff in all judgments shall be liable to any sheriff or constable for the commission on the amount so received, if the plaintiff or the plaintiff's agent or attorney receives any or all of the judgment after an execution has been issued on the judgment and given into the officer's hands for collection.Acts 1887, ch. 244, § 1; Shan., § 6406; Code 1932, § 10710; T.C.A.
