Section 8-23-105 - Salaries of supreme court clerks, chief deputy clerks, and staffs

The salaries of the clerk of the supreme court, the chief deputy clerks of the supreme court and their respective staffs shall be fixed by the chief justice of the supreme court in consultation with the administrative director of the courts and in accordance with administrative guidelines and policies.Acts 1949, ch. 88, § 3; C.
