Section 8-26-103 - Office expense of appellate court clerks

All necessary books, stationery, office equipment, stamps and supplies of all kinds used in the conduct of the offices of the clerks of the supreme court and the court of appeals shall be furnished and paid for by the state, without regard to fees collected by the clerks.Acts 1949, ch. 88, § 7; C.
