It is the intention of the general assembly that §§ 8-27-905 - 8-27-907 be used in lieu of application of the 'made whole' doctrine for any recovery authorized under this part. Sections 8-27-905 - 8-27-907 apply to cases that have been settled when no lawsuit has been filed.Added by 2021 Tenn. Acts, ch. 360, s 3, eff. 7/1/2021.
