Section 8-30-406 - Hours of work, attendance, and leaves of absence

The rules shall provide for the hours of work, holidays, attendance regulations and leaves of absence in state service. They may contain provisions for annual, sick, and special leaves of absence, with or without pay. Acts 2012, ch. 800, § 47.
