Subject to the limitations of chapters 34-37 of this title, the board of trustees shall, from time to time, adopt and publish rules and regulations for the administration of the funds created by chapters 34-37 of this title and for the transaction of its business.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 6; T.C.A., § 8-3925.
