Section 8-34-608 - Delegates to state constitutional convention

Any member who has served as a delegate to a state constitutional convention may claim such service in this system or any superseded system in which such person is a member; provided, that a back payment is made in accordance with § 8-37-214. Each year of service as a delegate shall be equal to one (1) year of creditable service.Acts 1973, ch. 347, § 6; T.C.A., § 8-3904.
