Any vested Group I general employee of the state who was a full-time civilian employee of the Tennessee national guard prior to January 1, 1969, and who has never been allowed credit for such service in any other retirement system, may establish such service upon proper documentation and by paying the contributions such employee would have paid had such employee been a member of the system during the period claimed.Acts 1990, ch. 803, § 1.
