Section 8-34-714 - Eligibility of prior Class C members

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, all prior Class C members shall be eligible for service retirement benefits after completion of twenty-five (25) years of creditable service regardless of age.Acts 1984, ch. 960, § 1.
