Section 8-35-102 - Informing new employees of duties and obligations as a condition of employment

Each employee, upon employment, shall be informed by the appointing authority of such employee's duties and obligations in connection with the retirement system as a condition of employment.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 8; T.C.A., § 8-3930(1).
