Section 8-35-110 - Service in the general assembly

Any member of the Tennessee consolidated retirement system, or prior class member who is now, or becomes a member of the general assembly, shall have the option of participating in the retirement system as a member of the general assembly or continuing membership in the system of which such person is currently a member.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 3; 1973, ch. 347, § 3; T.C.A., § 8-3903(7); Acts 1981, ch. 508, § 5.
