Section 8-35-205 - Information to be furnished concerning employees

The chief fiscal officer of the employer and the heads of its departments shall submit to the board such information and shall cause to be performed in respect to the employees of the employer such duties as shall be prescribed by the board in order to carry out chapters 34-37 of this title.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 10; T.C.A., § 8-3934(3).
