It is the duty of the employers operating local retirement funds to report to the board of trustees annually, or at such other intervals as shall be set by the board, the earnable compensation of each teacher in their employ and such other information as may be needed for establishing the prospective benefits of the member and for administering this part.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 9; T.C.A., § 8-3933(1).
