Section 8-35-311 - Adoption of provisions of this part by operator of local fund

Any employer, as herein defined, which operates a local retirement system may adopt any of the provisions of chapters 34-37 of this title in effect on July 1, 1972, and as thereafter amended as modified, as part of the provisions and regulations of such local retirement system.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 9; T.C.A., § 8-3933(7).
