The Tennessee Sheriffs' Association shall be a participating employer in the Tennessee consolidated retirement system upon passage of a resolution by the association's board of directors authorizing such participation and accepting the liability incurred as a result of the participation of its employees.Acts 1981, ch. 90, § 1.
