The retirement allowance payable to any member participating in the retirement system pursuant to § 8-35-121 who retires before January 1, 1996, shall be computed as if such member had received the same annual cost-of-living increases and longevity payments as that received by other general state employees.Acts 1991, ch. 378, § 4.
