Section 8-36-711 - Effect of other provisions for increase of allowances for beneficiaries of superseded systems

Notwithstanding any other provision of §§ 8-36-708 - 8-36-712, no increase in the retirement allowance of any beneficiary of a superseded system shall be granted on or after July 1, 1972, except as provided in § 8-36-701 or §§ 8-36-708 - 8-36-712.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 11; 1975, ch. 315, § 5; T.C.A., § 8-3935(3).
