Should the reemployed retiree elect not to participate as provided in § 8-36-801, the retiree shall make no further contributions nor establish any additional service, but, upon final retirement, shall be entitled to the same benefits to which the retiree was entitled before restoration to service.Amended by 2018 Tenn.
