Section 8-36-823 - Employees of subsidiaries of an association or independent contractors

An association whose employees participate in the Tennessee consolidated retirement system under § 8-35-209 shall annually submit to the board of trustees a list of retired members of the Tennessee consolidated retirement system who are assigned to perform any functions or duties for the association as an employee of a subsidiary of the association or an independent contractor.Acts 2006, ch. 1002, § 2; 2008 , ch. 674, § 22; 2010 , ch. 777, § 26.
