Section 8-37-403 - State departments and agencies authorized to provide funds

Each department, institution, commission, board or agency of the state is authorized to make available, for each year, such funds as are necessary to meet the provisions of chapters 34-37 of this title.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 8; T.C.A., § 8-3931(b).
