Section 8-37-404 - Employer's contribution where compensation provided by federal or public agency

In the event that the compensation received by a member is reimbursed to the state by a federal or other public agency, the employer's contribution may be paid by the federal or public agency.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 8; T.C.A., § 8-3931(e).
