Section 8-38-110 - Election as to coverage groups

In the case of coverage groups employed by political subdivisions, who are not participating in any existing retirement plan, the governing body of the political subdivision shall have the right to elect whether or not such coverage groups shall be covered under this chapter.Acts 1951, ch. 90, § 5 (Williams, § 1034.68); T.C.A.
