Section 8-38-122 - Rules and regulations

The state treasurer shall make and publish such rules and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter as it finds necessary or appropriate to the efficient administration of the functions with which it is charged under this chapter.Acts 1951, ch. 90, § 8 (Williams, § 1034.71); T.C.A.
