Section 8-39-206 - Written application required

Any benefit pursuant to this part shall be payable only upon written application by the former governor or the former governor's surviving spouse, as the case may be, made to the state treasurer.Acts 1972, ch. 814, § 12; 1976, ch. 813, § 3; T.C.A., § 8-3942(d).
