The comptroller of the treasury shall consult with the commissioner of finance and administration in the establishment of guidelines for the evaluation by agencies of their systems of accounting and administrative control as provided in the Financial Integrity Act of 1983, compiled in title 9, chapter 18.Acts 1983, ch. 129, § 3.
