Section 8-4-206 - Witness' traveling expenses - Reimbursement - Pay

Any witness so subpoenaed shall be reimbursed necessary traveling expenses from such witness' home to the place of hearing and other necessary expenses as determined by the comptroller of the treasury. Those witnesses not employees of the state shall be paid at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per day for each day or portion of a day in attendance at such hearing.Acts 1963, ch. 128, § 6; T.C.A.
