Section 8-46-107 - Issuance and service of process

All writs and process shall be issued by the clerk of the senate, and tested in the clerk's name, and may be served by any person authorized by the senate or its speaker.Code 1858, § 5286; Shan., § 7266; Code 1932, § 11868; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 8-2607.
