Section 8-47-123 - Appeal

Either party may appeal from the final judgment or decree, but such appeal shall not operate to suspend or vacate the judgment or decree, but the same shall remain in full force until vacated, reversed, or modified.Acts 1915, ch. 11, § 9; Shan., § 1135a15; Code 1932, § 1891; T.C.A.
