Section 8-48-104 - Transmittal of resignations of other officers

The resignation of senators and representatives in congress and members of the general assembly shall be transmitted to the governor; and in all other cases the resignation of officers shall be transmitted to the officer or tribunal authorized to fill the vacancy.Code 1858, § 800; Shan., § 1121; Code 1932, § 1862; T.C.A.
