Section 8-48-204 - Temporary officer acting for officer in military service

Whenever any state or county officer is inducted into the military service of the United States, the duties of the office shall be discharged temporarily during the absence of such officer by some other person legally qualified to discharge the duties of the office and selected in the manner hereinafter set out as to the various offices involved.Acts 1943, ch. 4, § 2; C.
